Appointments for visits are setup at 1/2 hour intervals Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 10am to 3:30pm. Your visiting group is limited to 3 persons and will be the only people in the shop aside from at most 2 staff members. We require face coverings over the nose and mouth and request that you help to maintain at least 6 feet of distance between your group and staff members. All shared surfaces and film viewing machine are wiped with 70% (or higher) isopropyl alcohol between visits. While we control customer visits through an appointment system to avoid overlap, please be aware that we may need to take in deliveries during your visit and please provide appropriate space for our staff and/or delivery workers during such an event.
We re-opened at our new home at 1407 Valencia St. on November 7, 2012 after over nine years at our old, 395 South Van Ness Ave. address.
